The host Nathan was very pleasant and helpful whenever we approached him. The rooms were spacious and clean. This property had a sky garden view of the entire pattaya city. I would definitely recommend this property to all!

Location, building, rooftop gardens, pools, outdoor gym, quiet appartment
Waited 1,5h to check in (2h after appointed hour), air condition worked in only one bedroom, other two did not work, living room aircon did not work and had bad smell. Towels had smell after first use. There were 5 air parfumizers in the appartment to hide bad smell. Couch in living room was visibly stained and had bad smell.
