I didn’t like that they don’t have any workers around there in case of emergency or something, there is no even reception, and there was no information when u book the hotel that there is not reception for check in, there is boxes and before u arrive u need to contact a manager of property who will tell u which room u are, which floor and how to get ur key card for the room.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to the beach, bars, restaurants, night markets, and clubs. The room is a good size, and the bed is comfortable. Hot water was always available, which made the stay even more comfortable. The manager was extremely helpful and always replied promptly whenever I contacted them via WhatsApp.
Overall, Edge Apartments offers a comfortable, well‑located stay with excellent management, making it an easy place to recommend for anyone visiting Pattaya.
The room did not initially have an iron, although this was hardly a deal breaker. Housekeeping was not provided daily, and I did need to follow up for fresh towels. That said, both issues were minor and were quickly rectified once raised.
