Key and Card Replacement:
In case of key or card loss, a police report is required, and a fee of 2,000 baht for the keycard and 500 baht for the a new Key will be charged for a new set. 🔑📇
Trash Disposal:
To avoid insects such as ants or cockroaches, please dispose of all rubbish in the designated garbage room near the elevator every time you purchase food or before checking out. 🗑️🐜
No Smoking Policy:
Smoking inside the room will result in a fine of 5,000 baht. 🚭
Extra Cleaning:
If you require additional cleaning during your stay, the fee is only 900 baht per session. Please inform us in advance. 🧹
Food Restrictions:

Very good location, and the view is wonderful. Overall, the cleanliness was OK, but the lamps could use some cleaning. The adhesive strips on the ceiling also deducted a few points. Communication with the landlord was very good. Overall, we would book the accommodation again! P.S. to the landlord: a little less would be more ;)

The location is ideal—everything you need is just a short walk away, from shops and restaurants to the beach. The room itself is beautifully decorated with a modern, cozy atmosphere that really made it feel like a home away from home. You’ve really thought of everything; the kitchenette, toiletries, and especially the super comfortable bed were all spot on. Communication with the host was fantastic—he was always quick to reply and made sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks again for such a great experience!
