The apartment was on the 16th floor, quite location.
Housekeeping was helpfull, wifi worked well.
Bed was comfy.
Kitchenware should be renewed.
Note, that currently /late August/ the rooftop pool is closed due the storm in June this year.
More light in the bathroom would be fine, but it is common "problem" in the Base Condo. You can't shave properly because the poor light in the Bathroom.

Good location that made it easy to get around Pattaya. Room was clean. Security at this venue is good but annoying if you wanted to visit friends on another level. Also too many rules with fines attached for breaking them. Reasonable view.
This room although adequate missed many things that could make it better. Although it is a small apartment, it may as well be a hotel room. Utensils were poor and lacking. Stove top is inadequate, if planning to do your own cooking. Water from the tap in the bathroom was a mere trickle and hot water only available from the shower. However, this seems to be the standard in Thailand. I had the the superior room and my friend the standard room. The only difference was the size of the balcony and a better view. What I paid for the extra privilege, was not worth it. This accommodation can be improved and make stays more enjoyable.
