the base

Great location 10 mins walk to beach.

Maybe more amenities like more toilet rolls, single use dental kit, hand wash etc

To collect the keys, I had to contact the owner in China through WeChat well before my arrival. The owner was very responsive and promptly replied to my messages. On the day of my arrival, he contacted me again and provided my flat number along with the key-box number on the ground floor, making the key collection very straightforward. I would advise everyone staying here to contact the owner through WeChat well in advance of their arrival to ensure a smooth and hassle-free key collection. Very private and quite flat at the middle of all hustle and bustle. Very close to central festival and also close to the beach road and all amenities in walking distance.

They should provide Atleast two bed sheets.

The Base is always a great place to stay. Right in the middle of the Pattaya action and everything from the bars, restaurants and beach is all within walking distance. Great communication with host, very simple check in and out process and the room for the price was normal for the price. Would book again 100%

Location is nice, room was comfortable

No daily room cleaning available; No linen and towel change ; not even garbages being removed
