Ideal central location for restaurants and bars and walkable to the beach.
Functional kitchen.

Easy check-in.
Electricity and water usage is an additional charge for long stays. I was notified in advance and for me it was ~$45 USD for a month which I think is reasonable.

the beach view
The keys had to be taken from an adjacent location. I had to search for the location. It wasn’t easy to park a big vehicle in the side of a street in Pattaya.. I had to search for the person to have the keys. It was misleading on the website stating “on-site parking available. It wasn’t a free parking” had to pay for 3 nights. The name of the property itself is misleading “ the base Pattaya by Feng”. It should simply be “the base Pattaya “. I can understand that many individuals rent condos at the site. Still it’s misleading and I spent at least 25 minutes circling around to find the place. There’s no water even. At least they could have one or two bottles for the first night. The room is intact very tiny. There are several better hotels around with better facilities. I would never again rent a condo.
