Mooi en ruim appartement. Het was schoon en had een goed balkon met meubels. Alles voldeed aan mijn wensen. Het was zeer nieuw en in goede staat.
Ik heb hier eigenlijk geen toevoegingen. Zoals gezegd voldeed alles aan mijn wensen. Daar wil ik het dan ook bij laten.

Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Schnell in der Stadt aber auch schnell etwas ausserhalb.
Sehr ruhig. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man keinen Stadtlärm. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder wenn Ihr einen Topper auf den Matratzen habt oder man dies extra dazu buchen kann 😊
Die Matratze im Masterbedroom war für uns viel zu hart. Ein Topper wäre super!!! 😊
Das Parking: Aus dem Parking zu Fuss kein Problem, Lift und Ausgang.
Um ins Parking zu gelangen braucht es eine Karte. Die hatten wir nicht. So mussten wir immer die Autoeinfahrt benutzen. War nicht ideal.
Super wäre auch ein Schild… Anmelden/ Eingang vorne an der Strasse.

The apartment was new, had all the facilities, it was very clean and modern and tastefully decorated.
The terrace was amazing, sea and big boats on the left side and old Genoa city on the right.
Air conditioning works through the walls and is very comfortable as it keeps the temperature as you wish throughout day and night.
The building itself is very nice, modern, with palm trees outside, but the vicinity is a construction site, you can not walk to the town.
The instructions for the garage were not clear enough, it is a bit far away once we found it. The concierge was not speaking English so we found it after searching for an hour.
The towels smelled very very strong of perfume, so a bit less perfume on washing them would be great.

Appartement moderne, le lave-vaisselle
Après 3 jours de galère, un technicien est passé pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement de certains appareils.
Nous avions réservé un appartement avec vue mer, on a eu le droit à une vue face à un mur immense tout proche.
Malgré notre réclamation auprès de Tilo et de booking, nous n’avons pas eu le droit à un changement d’appartement, ni à un dédommagement.
Problème de chasse d’eau
Problème avec la conciergerie, qui nous a baladé longtemps avant de nous donner la télécommande pour accéder au bon garage.
Le manque de contacts humain etc..
Loin du centre, des restaurants, cafés etc..
