Érkezéskor a lakásba bejutásról nem kaptunk információt, és a jelzett időponthoz képest (mi pontosan érkeztünk) az ügyintézőre másfél órát vártunk, és még így is kifizetették a 20 óra utáni bejelentkezés árát. Megreklamáltam, de simán leráztak. A díjjal tisztában voltunk, ahogyan a szállás is a mi érkezésünkkel. Mi a jelzés szerint jártunk el. Ahogy a szállás többi kérésében is.

Piccolo monolocale accogliente, ristrutturato e moderno, situato in una buona posizione. L’appartamento è ben attrezzato e vengono fornite lenzuola e asciugamani e piccoli comfort come sale, cialde del caffè e altri prodotti di base, molto apprezzati.

L’appartamento è un piccolo monolocale, che si trova in una posizione rialzata ed è raggiungibile solo tramite una salita e diverse scale. Fin dall’inizio la comunicazione con la struttura è stata problematica. I pochi messaggi arrivati in generale erano automatici e preimpostati, senza la possibilità di parlare con una persona reale. L’ultimo giorno siamo rimasti chiusi all’interno del condominio senza ricevere alcun tipo di assistenza o risposta ma il giorno successivo è arrivata soltanto la richiesta di lasciare una recensione, senza nemmeno una scusa per l’accaduto.

The location. Easy to reach everything by walking. It was nice to have a kitchen and a dishwasher. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the office of WI, which is at 100m of the apartment.

When we arrived the (very friendly) host told us that the roller blind did not work since that day. He reported it to WI. We did also report it, as the windows are big and a lot of light is coming inside from the lanterns, even at night. A technician should come the next day, but never did. I asked 3 more times about the technician but was ghosted by them. In the end no one came and we did not sleep too much for 6 nights.
