The friendly and hospitable staff
The room floors were dirty. Not that visible dirt was apparent, rather that it had been mopped with real dirty water. When we walked on the floor with our bare feet, they would get black. Had to wash feet and put on socks.

Very close to everything.
Beds were very uncomfortable and the curtains were broken, very hard to close.
