Welcome to Lewes and The Villages of Five Points!
This beautiful updated third floor condo offers a peaceful serene retreat with pond views to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay.
We are conveniently located walking distance to a variety of restaurants, french bakeries, a pharmacy, and more.
For biking and exercise enthusiasts we are located a stones throw from trails that lead to the Breakwater and Lewes/Georgetown Trail and ultimately Cape Henlopen State Park. You may also venture in the opposite direction towards the west of Lewes and explore a local winery and other scenic bike and walking trails . There is also a convenient 2 mile walking trail surrounding the community of The Villages of Five Points.
Our community is beautifully maintained and offers two pools, pickleball and tennis courts and a playground for young ones. We are a small pet friendly community, offering pesticide free areas for dogs to be walked.
Day Trip Adventures:
Less then 10 minutes away you can catch a 90 minute ferry ride to the beautiful and historic Cape May,NJ.
Drive south to Delaware Seashore State Park, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island or Ocean City, Maryland.
Nature lovers can visit Assateague Island State Park, famous for its wild horses.
Stream your favorite shows on Netflix and relax in the cozy living room, or enjoy the traquil sounds of nature from the screened in porch.
Please note: The condo is located on the third floor, and requires stair access.
There is a family owned cement factory behind The Villages and at times can be heard from the units.

We had an amazing experience renting this condo. Awesome location, awesome community, perfect layout, very clean & well maintained, and everything was there that we needed to ensure that we had an amazing experience. It was so comfortable there. I will return in the future for another vacation. We loved the pools. They even had pickle ball and ping-pong. The view from the back porch is gorgeous! Loved waking up in the morning and starting the day with that view. We had an absolute blast! My kids are still talking about the condo and hoping that we can go back again. The owner Jackie was so kind and communicated so well from the very beginning. Thank you so much Jackie!
