Bethany Beach is perfect for soaking up the sun, while Rehoboth Beach outlet shopping is just 10 miles away, and Ocean City is a short 17-mile drive.
For culinary enthusiasts, our home is equipped with everything you need, from blenders to ice cream makers — plus, the kitchen was completely renovated in 2025 with modern upgrades to make meal prep a breeze. Dine in the updated eat-in kitchen, on the front deck, or the back porch. If you prefer dining out, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two full-size beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Entertainment options include books, games, a cooler, beach umbrella, and two beach chairs.
Please note that linens (sheets and towels) are not included but may be rented locally at Coastal Beach Service or Sheets at the Beach.
A $25 per person fee applies for pool use, and pets are considered with an additional pet fee.

Would definitely stay again. GREAT views from the screened in deck (we had breakfast there almost every morning of our stay, and most eat-in dinners). here is ample cookware for your needs ( assuming you DO cook) with blender, food processor, crock pot, waffle iron, and more in addition to pots / pans normally provided. Not a golfer, but the grassy lawns were great for walking and pet friendly (our Husky-Eskimo was happy). Great location for the beaches (far enough away that it's very quiet, close enough that it's about 15-20 minute drive in either direction). Owners were warm and friendly, with helpful info provided for the area.Not easily impressed, but definetely one of the best we've stayed in.

We had a wonderful time. The property is cozy and truly beautiful. What a view!! We appreciated the ease of access with the use of the key code. It was very cool to have a telescope we could use to view the birds and boats. Our only issues, which were minor, were our concern that we were unable to reach the owners via email with a courtesy report regarding damage we found upon entry, and we also found old food particles in the sink as well as a piece of broken glass on the kitchen floor. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay, were very comfy, and will consider staying here again in the future for sure!
