Amenity fees will be payable by guest to the property owner at the time of booking $50.00 per pass/person, a maximum of 6 passes (The 6 pass limit is set by the community, however guests 4 and under do not need a pass).
Note: Amenity fees need to be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the booking date in order to use the amenities.

We loved the property! Very clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Pet friendly. We thought the development was beautiful. Used the gym facilities many times. Walked the grounds with our dog. Had space to have Thanksgiving dinner and other meals with family. It was really ideal!

We had a wonderful stay once again in the Bay Forest community. The home was well equipped and comfortable for our family of four plus two grandparents. The space was comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The only feedback we had was that our bed in the upstairs master bedroom was very loud/squeaky so it was not ideal for a restful sleep, but all the other beds in the unit were just fine. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! The host was very helpful and communicative.

The house itself was very nice. It was a very relaxed environment. The house was neat and clean as well. However there were no sheets on the bed, there wasn’t any towels or washcloths. And there wasn’t any complimentary shampoo or body wash either. I have booked several homes through VRBO, and I have stayed at quite a few hotels in the course of my life. These modern conveniences have always been readily available. The host was professional, and it was a good place to stay overall.
