We stayed here as a family of five and had a great experience overall. The apartment is large, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a friendly and helpful host. It’s in a neighborhood felt safe. Just a short walk to the bus stop (35 mins to city center), and surrounded by local eateries and shopsThe main drawback was the lack of air conditioning. Something I overlooked during booking which made it quite hot during our July stay—The furniture is a bit dated, but the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated laundry.Pros:- Spacious and family-friendly - Excellent host - Safe area with great local food and shops - Well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and TV Cons:- No air conditioning (fans only)- Can get hot in summer

Overall my friend and I were extremely happy with this rental. It is quite a ways from the center of the city, but every day we were grateful for that - just had to leave lots of space for transportation because it can be unpredictable. The apartment was well furnished and comfortable. The back deck was a delight. I loved having a Nespresso machine and being within walking distance from so many great coffee shops, restaurants, and a Pewex. The people in this area didn't speak a lot of English but most of them were very willing to communicate with hands and were quite friendly. Francesca was very helpful and accommodating, but the person who was checking us in was a little flaky. The theme of our trip was definitely to be patient and flexible haha. Cons of this rental would be that the hot water wasn't as abundant as we would have liked (we had to space out showers) and there was quite a bit of street noise in all hours of the night. The beds weren't super comfortable, but they were ok enough. None of these are deal breakers for me, but they are good to know if they are for you. Overall, we both agreed we would stay again if we ever find ourselves in Rome.
