L'appartamento è ristrutturato, funzionale.
Il rapporto con lo staff praticamente inesistente, solo le classiche email di booking, siamo riusciti ad entrare nell'abitazione dopo continue prove, le spiegazioni fornite non erano sufficienti per entrare facilmente. Abbiamo letto sul portone un avviso che il giorno 10 giugno avrebbero effettuato una Deblattizzazione della zona con le relative disposizioni da tenere durante l'intervento, tutto questa senza essere minimamente avvertiti.L'appartamento in quanto a pulizia era pessimo. Ragnatele ovunque, frigorifero grasso, zona cucina versava in condizioni nn idonee, abbiamo trovato un calzino sotto il divano letto aperto. C'erano ventilatori sia in cucina che in camera completamente ricoperti di polvere. Un altro appunto, essendo un piano terra nella zona giorno Manca una tenda che ti concede un po' di privacy, di conseguenza siamo stati 3 giorni con la serranda abbassata, che tra l'altro scende da sola.Manca di manutenzione ordinaria, la doccia perde acqua e c'è da sistemare il piatto doccia. Peccato perché c'è del potenziale.
