Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a very clean flat and a comfortable bed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there is a great supermarket (Conad) right downstairs. This made it incredibly easy to grab food for breakfast and dinner without having to worry about finding a place to eat out.

Everything during our stay was fine, except for a very stressful check-in process. We only received the check-in details while we were already on the bus to the property, leaving us unsure if we'd even be able to get in. Prior to that, my two messages via Booking and a WhatsApp text went completely unanswered. It wasn't until I went to contact Booking support that I found an alternative phone number for the host, which finally worked. Surprisingly, during our stay, the host contacted me from the exact same WhatsApp account they had previously ignored. The property itself was great, but the communication delay caused unnecessary anxiety. The property is a bit far from the historical center, but there is a metro station very close by.

Quando siamo arrivati il divano letto non era sistemato, abbiamo dovuto farlo noi e aprendolo abbiamo anche trovato tanti capelli e strane macchie. Anche gli asciugamani “impacchettati” erano in queste condizioni. In generale anche agli utensili da cucina era stata fatta una pulizia molto approssimativa. La carta igienica era tutta impolverata lateralmente.
