Nice flat, but bad communication with the owners.

Nice flat in a good position. Very new and clean.

great beach holiday stay.

three of us stayed in the apartment for a full week and had an amazing time. it is so nice to have the grocery store right around the corner and the outdoor patio space. It was great to be just outside of the main busy streets of Sestri Levante. the kitchen has all you need to make simple meals if you dont want to eat out every night.

Grande ma troppi problemi e disservizi

La casa è abbastanza spaziosa.

SPORCA - il divano era talmente sporco che ha causato sintomi di allergia da acari a mio figlio (occhi arrossati, lacrimosi e dolorosi, naso che cola, starnuti continui). Ragnatele con polvere dietro i termosifoni e polvere e residui dietro il divano. Macchia di sporco in bagno. Il divano è vistosamente rovinato da graffi di cane. NO CONTATTI E RISPOSTE - il numero di telefono che lasciano nei contatti suona a vuoto: non risponde mai nessuno. Il giorno prima del check-in ti danno il numero dell'addetto al check-in, che nel nostro caso, non ha saputo dire cosa avremmo trovato in casa (olio, aceto, tovaglie, detersivi per lavatrice, ecc...), così non ci si può organizzare. Alle mie richieste di informazioni l'ufficio non ha mai dato risposte. Alle mie lamentele per il divano sporco l'ufficio ha dato risposte maleducate e irrispettose. DISORGANIZZATA - il cavo del microonde non arrivava alla presa (abbiamo dovuto richiedere una prolunga). Non ci sono prese per ricaricare il cellulare, quindi si deve staccare qualcos'altro: la TV, l'abat-jour, ecc... LETTO SFONDATO - materasso sfondato completamente che ci ha fatto venire il mal di schiena. Cuscini vecchi e scadenti. Lenzuola con buchi e strappi.

Una settimana di relax

appartamento dotato di tutto ma veramente tutto, posizione comoda per spesa, 10 minuti da stazione e 10 minuti dal mare. gradito anche kit d'inizio vacanza con zucchero sale etc per le prime necessità

nulla. Unica cosa sarebbe utile parcheggio abbinato. noi andando a maggio nessun problema ma dal 1 giugno e per estate più complesso viste anche tutte le strisce blu presenti a Sestri.
