Sestri Levante, 4th floor apartment with lift, bright, central, near historic center and the beaches (both free and equipped). Very convenient for those arriving by train. Many free parking near the apartment. Ideal base for trips to Portofino and Cinque Terre.
Convenient restaurants, pizzerias, cinemas, shops, but at the same time located in a quiet area. Very close to pharmacy, new medical center and brand new supermarket. 4/5 beds, equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, electric oven, independent heating, television, high chair, iron and hairdryer.
Family-friendly town with various entertainment for children, adults and the elderly.

Everything was good! Our host waited for us at the apartment and made sure everything was fine. The location is great. Not far to the Center and the beaches and very close to the train station. You really don’t need your car to get around. We had a nice stay.

A clean and well-functioning apartment at a great location with free parking nearby, only 5 minutes in walking distance to the beach and city area but still OK quiet in the evening. Grocery shopping is just across the street. Manuela is the most perfect and helpful host! Mosquito nets or air conditioning would have been nice.

Der Vermieterin Frau Orlandi ist sehr nett und sehr bemüht.sie hat uns alles gut erklärt .sehr guter Kontakt.sie hat uns bei Ankunft einen Parkplatz reserviert.Parken kann je nach Saison bei den freien Parkplätzen etwas schwierig sein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht .die Lage ist sehr gut und man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand oder in der Altstadt.Bäcker und Supermarkt sind auch in der Nähe.

Tutto perfetto, tutto al giusto posto, in casa non manca assolutamente niente. La Signora Manuela, gentilissima e molto cordiale, ti mette subito a tuo agio, peccato abbia altri impegni di lavoro, altrimenti si potrebbe chiacchierare con lei per giorni interi. Vacanza assolutamente piacevole, da provare.

Appartement au 4ème étage à 5 min de la mer et surtout à 5 min de la gare très très pratique pour visiter les cinq terres. Supermarché à 200 m, un autre plus grand à 500 m. Sestri levante très agréable, bon restaurant,, le seul bémol de l'appartement la literie à revoir. Sinon Manuela a été très accueillante, disponible si besoin. Appartement spacieux. Conforme à mes attentes, nous y étions que le soir, tte la journée en visite.

Danke für die tolle Zeit, die wir hier verbringen durften! Sestri Levante ist wunderschön und diese Wohnung ist ein super Startpunkt. Nah am Bahnhof für Fahrten nach Genua oder Cinque Terre, fußläufig zum Strand und in die Altstadt. Toller Bäcker um die Ecke. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wohnung ist auch mit Kleinkind sehr gut geeignet. Danke!

Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral in einem Mehrfamilienhaus gelegen. Geräusche der Nachbarn hört man natürlich, aber Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Der Strand und die wunderschöne Altstadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Das Preisleistungs Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Fin da subito la signora Manuela si è dimostrata disponibile e gentile: ha risposto alle nostre domande, ci ha riservato un parcheggio nelle vicinanze... L'appartamento, molto curato, è comodissimo per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi, ottimo per un soggiorno con nonni e bimbi piccoli. Consigliatissimo

Manuelas Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und blitzsauber. Das Quartier ist ideal gelegen zwischen Bahnhof, Altstadt und Stränden und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, gute Betten, 2 kleine Balkone für Apéros. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela und ihrer Tochter Elisa hat prima geklappt und alles war zum abgemachten Zeitpunkt bereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

The apartment is three minutes from the station and 5-10 min walk from the beaches and the old town in the 4th story of an apartment house. We did not use the car in the whole week as the train connects to Genua, Portofino and Cinque Terre every 30 to 60mins. The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything needed. Manuela is aperfect host with quick communication. Thank you!

Appartement spacieux avec balcons, propre, décoré avec goût, très près de la gare, de la plage et du centre ville de Sestri. Manuela, la propriétaire, nous a accueillis chaleureusement, très gentille. Great apartment with a great host!

We travelled by train to Sestri Levante and the apartment was very close to the train station. We were met by our lovely host on time and she showed us the apartment whilst treating us with fresh Foccacia. When we stayed there was a heat wave over Europe and the apartment has no AC. Manuela was kind to go out and buy two large fans which was helpful and made the air cooler. She also bought a beach unbrella for us. Manuela was really a great host that we would recommend any day. The location of the apartment is excellent with the nice restaurant area and beach very close.

Eine sehr nette Vermieterin empfing uns herzlich in der Wohnung. Obwohl wir früher als ausgemacht da waren, konnten wir schon wenige Minuten später einchecken: Super, danke! Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: Ca. fünf Gehminuten zum Bahnhof (um bequem nach Porto fino oder Cinque Terre zu kommen!), 10 Gehminuten ins Zentrum und zum Strand. Die Wohnung hat zwei kleine Balkone, zwei große Schlafzimmer mit guten neuen Matratzen, ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Fernseher und Playstation sowie ein kleines Duschbad und eine ausreichend ausgestattete Küche, um auch mal was zuhause zu kochen (kein Backofen, keine Filterkaffeemaschine, sondern ital. Espressobereiter). Da es im 4. Stock liegt, ist der Aufzug hilfreich, der stets funktionierte, aber manchmal zickte und erst im 5. Stock hielt 😂. Insgesamt eine gute Empfehlung mit super Preis-Leistung bei Belegung mit 4 Personen.

Siamo stati benissimo: casa molto accogliente e pulita, dotata di wii fii. Importantissimo l'ascensore! Punto di appoggio meraviglioso per visitare Sestri e altre meraviglie della Liguria in quanto la stazione è vicinissima. Torneremo presto. Grazie Emanuela della bella accoglienza!

Super sauber und perfekte Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und hatte sogar 2 kleine Balkone auf denen man zu 2 gut frühstücken konnte. Es gibt in dem Gebäude auch einen Aufzug. Kontaktperson ist super lieb und Sestri Levante ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum Urlaub machen. Die Cinque Terre erreicht man mit dem Zug in 20-60 Minuten und der Bahnhof ist nur ca 100 Meter entfernt. Die Strände waren sehr schön und ausgehen und essen kann man dort auch gut. Supermärkte, Läden mit frischem Gemüse und Obst, Panificios und vieles weiteres ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (max 5 mins zu Fuß)

Padrone di casa molto gentili; la casa ha due stanze da letto e un piccolo soggiorno attrezzato con Playstation e Wifi, i bimbi ringraziano! Cucina OK per sedersi al tavolo in quattro (al limite cinque), manca solo la lavastoviglie. Comodi i due balconi per stendere o per stare sulla sdraio.

Appartement conforme au descriptif. Merci pour l'accueil. Idéal pour les familles avec 2 enfants. A deux pas de la gare, du centre historique et 5 mn des plages. Prévoir ne pas trop utiliser la voiture, car stationnement gratuit un peu compliqué a trouver les week-ends (et en haute saison, j'imagine ). Vacances 100% réussies.
