My stay at Peace on Park was great! The security were lovely and welcoming and quickly helped with any questions I had. The host also provided detailed instructions upon arrival. Thank you for making my trip stress-free
The only tiny improvement I'd suggest is to wipe down the balcony furniture before guests arrive. The dust from the site opposite settled on the chair and took a bit of time to clean

Excellent location and walking distance from Canalwalk.
The location on Booking.com is incorrect / not accurate and was a struggle to find the accommodation. Succeeded after numerous calls to the host.

We asked for them to allow us to check in at 14h00 instead of their standard time which is 15h00. They did not make provision for that and we were so tired from travelling. Still when it was 15h00 their check in time there was nobody to hand over the keys and their attitude is that of people who don’t care about their guests. We waited for 45 minutes before someone came. Nobody was remorseful.
