​We really loved the place! The location is top-notch and the price is very reasonable. Getting around is super easy, and you can always catch a taxi nearby. A huge bonus is the little convenience store right on the first floor. We traveled with 3 kids, so the washing machine was a total lifesaver. Also, the kids' playground outside is AWESOME!
​As for the downsides, there is no shower curtain. It was difficult to take a shower without splashing water all over the floor.

Арендодатель очень клиентоориентированная, в поездках это немаловажно, за отдельную плату договорились о позднем выезде, так же были предложения по заявке на раннее заселение, которую я оставляла. Квартира в районе Байтерека, в шаговой доступности имеются продуктовые магазины, цены в пределах разумного. Приезжали на концерт, дошли пешком меньше чем за 10 минут. В общем, остались довольны! Будем снимать снова)
