Местоположение и хозяева квартиры. Если не ожидаете высокого уровня комфорта, то квартира вполне может вам подойти. Особенно, если в ней только ночевать, то смело можно выбирать.
На фото выглядит сильно лучше, чем на самом деле. Квартира "уставшая". Сломанные ручки на дверях и мебели, отваливающийся плинтус на кухне, потертый пол, пятна на потолке. За квартирой явно следят, стараются поддерживать в хорошем состоянии. Но она просто нуждается в существенном обновлении.

Понравилось все -заселение, местоположение, отношение, сама квартира, где есть все начиная от фени и гладильной доски, заканчивая стиральной машиной и полностью укомплектованной кухней
