Наличие всей необходимой техники (холодильник, посуда, плита, стиральная машина), удобная кровать, вид из окна, удобная локация, наличие кафе рядом, магазин в том же здании, рядом много других супермаркетов. Довольна выбором, соотношение цена/качество превосходное. С радостью остановлюсь там и в следующий раз.
Не хватило свежей губки для посуды (думаю, имеет сиысл менять после каждого гостя) и тряпки, чтобы стол протереть) это мелочи, конечно)

Posizione perfetta e stanza pulita. Numerosi locali e servizi al piano terra.
Per tre giorni abbiamo avuto a disposizione un solo asciugamano grande a persona e uno piccolo (mani) da condividere. In due delle stanze l’ultimo giorno è arrivata una puzza di fogna (proveniente dagli scarichi dei bagni) insopportabile.

рядом с Ботаническим садом, недалеко от центра на авто, номер чистый и без неприятного запаха, минималистический стиль, но оснащен всеми нужными вещами вроде маленькой кухни, утюгом и даже тапочками, в качестве комплимента 2 бутылочками воды
