Apartamento en el centro histórico de Alicante

Mi è piaciuta l’ampiezza degli spazi, la centralità della zona e soprattutto la comodità dei letti.

Nulla, mi è piaciuto tutto. L’unica cosa da migliorare il bagno, la ventola ogni tanto non funziona.

El acceso al edificio fue automático y para ingresar al apartamento el código funcionó a la primera y ya las llaves fisicas estaban disponibloes para el ingreso en los demas días de la estadía.

No hubo nada que no nos gustara. Aunque el soporte de la ducha estaba roto, lo reporte, pero eso no fue inconveniente para el uso de la ducha y el baño estaba muy limpio y con todo lo requerido. El administrador fue muy amable en solucionar el inconveniente, pero no fue necesario.

La ubicación excelente! el apartamento muy limpio, bastante bien equipado. Faltaba menaje de cocina, bastante esencial como tazas, por ejemplo. Lo he notificado, espero que lo solucione.

The location was perfect - just a few minutes walk from the main centre. There were lots of lovely restaurants and cafes less than a minute's walk away. The apartment was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed - the bottled water and muffins were a nice touch.

Finding the property was very difficult! The inctructions definitely need to be clearer, perhaps with a photo of the door and a what3words link as nothing is labelled very well. We had to ask in a restaurant and thankfully there was a very kind barman who was able to help us. There were sheets on the beds and duvets available, but no duvet covers. The apartment is up 50 stairs. There is a lift available but we were reluctant to use it in case it broke down as we didn't see anyone else coming or going in the building, so be prepared to climb stairs if you're not keen on lifts! It was very handy to have a washing machine but there were no instructions and no symbols to follow - so I had to find the manual online in order to use it. As a previous visitor stated in their review (after we had booked the property), there is currently a building site directly opposite which made it quite noisy at times. The shower head did not fit onto the wall as the hook had broken. The propetry is advertised as having free wifi throughout but no password is provided. I had to message the host in order to get the password which she sent a few hours later. It would have been helpful to have an information leaflet about the flat, including things like the wifi code, the washing machine instructions, the air con info etc.
