Our tents had lovely views of a dam. Staff in reception and the restaurant and were super friendly. Our game driver ranger was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable.

Tent was spacious and comfortable, in the middle of the game reserve, and the bathroom was comfortable for a tent. We have booked a safari in Hluhluwe and it was a memorable experience ! +++ for our guide Fana.
The staff at the reception was not friendly at all, not very helpful, and very rude if you contact them on WhatsApp. We had a jacuzzi with on the terrasse but they do not give you wood and lighter to make it working. They do sell firewood but no lighter: You have to get it by yourself. Same problem for the BBC, the fireplace. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, because you see the jacuzzi everywhere on picture but you can only bath on cold water ! Notice that the nearest shop is at 20mn from the reserve.
