The Lake House

The house is set in a great location with amazing views of False Bay. The house was very comfortable and could cater for any occasion. The outdoor eating area and fire pit was an added bonus.

The Staff! If you want and need a fully serviced house then the staff were excellent. Our host Craig was fantastic and went out of his way to help us with what we needed and information about the area. I was blown away by the experience and will book this accommodation in the future. Thank you so much.

There are a couple of minor bug bears. The Wifi was a little in and out of service. We were still needing some consistant wifi for work and the signal was a bit inconsisitant and weak. A few softer pillows would be nice to accompany the more compact ones. Some of the matresses dent in with body weight and will soon need to be upgraded, but not a deal breaker for us. These surveys are a way to strive for excellence but not everyone will be happy no matter what you so. But to be honest we were very happy and excited to be there. A home away from home. Very well positioned for our visit to the game reserve and the peninsula. Property is well designed and very comfortable.

Perfect location, really relaxing, excellent value for money. The house is stocked with everything you could require and more, while Craig the host is always ready to sort out any issues that arise. There was a minor issue with water that could have been solved the next morning, yet he drove out all the way to the property at night to ensure that it was sorted out.

It would be better to clearly mention in the description that two of the bedrooms are not in the house, rather they are situated outside the house. Some families with children maybe not be comfortable with children staying in rooms outside the main house.
