The host Andre was very dedicated and willing to show us the area using his bakkie. We enjoyed going one afternoon with him. He also gave us valuable information about the area. The lodge was well signposted and easy to find.
The self-catering accommodation was well equipped with almost everything we needed. TV and Wi-Fi worked well. The bathroom was comfortable as well as the beds. We recommend the place to travellers.
The one thing that was definitely missing is a cupboard for clothing. There is definitely enough space for it. The gas stove was not functioning a hundred percent even though we could use it, but the microwave was working very well.

André the owner was great right from the moment we booked until we left.
The property needs some renovation. Andre responds quickly when things don’t work but the place could do with some more substantial investment.

Thank you so much to Andre for being the most wonderful and kind host. There was nothing that was not too much for Andre. I was there with my son for 6 nights and it was really comfortable, with everything that we could need. Andre's hospitality just makes one want to come back again.

Heerlijke plek met een zeer comfortabele kamer. Een fijn groot bed en alles super schoon. De eigenaar, André, was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij bracht en haalde ons op toen we naar een Wildlife santuary gingen (Free Spirit Sanctuary, steun die mensen!) en onze auto daar niet kon komen. Rommelig maar gezellig plaatsje met een mooi strand. Zeer de moeite waard!
