Great base for self-catering holidays

I could not recommend this private apartment more to those who are looking for a spacious self-contained and self-catering base. The owners who are a lovely couple live on the premises and are there if you need anything, although the place was spot clean, fully working and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen with eating facilities was large, and the bathroom fitted with a good sized shower with great water pressure. To complete, there is locked onsite parking with plenty of space and a private balcony to relax. We felt very much welcome and at ease and will definitely consider to return as a base to visit the areas of Cinque Terre and La Spezia. The apartment is just 1 minute walk from the train station with good connections to La Spezia

This didn't bother us but if you are looking for somewhere with plenty of choice of bars and restaurants in the vicinity this may not be your ideal place.

Pleasant and very welcoming host.

The people were extremely welcoming and friendly. Really loved the warmth of the host and the stay was also nice. Good place next to the train station. Would definitely recommend

Superbe location

Magnifique appartement, plus que propre ! Très bien équipé, très confortable, rien ne manque et très calme. Parking privé fermé. . Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, et de bon conseil pour visiter la région. Logement situé tout près de la gare (mais silencieux) , idéal pour visiter les Cinque Terres sans prendre la voiture ! Nous recommandons 100%

Tutto bellissimo, struttura, gestori e luogo

I gestori sono stati davvero molto gentili quando il treno è stato soppresso e ci sono venuti a prendere alla stazione perchè non c'erano nemmeno i bus per tornare alla struttura. Non ci aspettavamo un trattamento di questo tipo. Siamo davvero super soddisfatti. Grazie di cuore.

Vacanza super!!

L' appartamento e' nuovissimo e pulitissimo. Completo di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Si trova in una posizione ottima per raggiungere le più belle località della Liguria e di parte della Toscana. Ottima la vicinanza con la stazione ferroviaria ( raggiungibile a piedi) e la fermata dell' autobus. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sono stati disponibili per ogni nostra necessità, dandoci anche preziosi suggerimenti. Ottimo il parcheggio all' interno della struttura. Ritorneremo appena possibile. Consigliatissimo!!

Le logement est vraiment magnifique, très spacieux et très très bien équipé. Les hôtes sont vraiment très sympathique et disponibleUne place de parking dans un lieu sécurisé. Idéalement situé, à moins de 5 minutes de la gare, qui vous permettra d’être au cinque terre en un rien de temps. Tout est parfait.

Une bonne adresse!

Un bel appartement lumineux très bien équipé. Idéal pour un séjour au calme mais près des sites à visiter et de plus tout près de la gare. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, agréables et accueillants. Une petite pépite que nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier. Merci encore pour l'accueil

Tutto perfetto

Ci siamo fermati una notte, per fare una tappa prima della partenza. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e hanno anche fatto un regalino alle bambine. L'appartamento è nuovo, pulitissimo e molto comodo. Lo consiglio vivamente.
