Host & Stay - Hope Terrace

The property included absolutely everything we might need. Nothing was left out. Everything to a high standard. The hot tub made the weekend. It was fab to have after a long day walking.

The downstairs was very cold even with the CH on high. (December) There is a doorway from the lounge to the kitchen, which would benefit from a door putting on it to keep the lounge and kitchen warm. There is just one radiator in the lounge under the window and a towel rail in the kitchen. Upstairs was lovely and warm though. There is a very small lip/step with a carpet strip across it, in the doorway between the lounge and kitchen. I caught the sole of my shoe on it and fell down the step/lip, landing on my knees. It is a potential trip hazard.

A very clean and comfortable property in a great location close to all of Amble's amenities. Also a great base to explore Northumberland's coastal area. We will hopefully return in the future.

Comfortable beds, pet friendly

Hot tub jets didn't work which was disappointing. Also I kept getting sent invoices demanding payment when I paid in full at booking. So had to keep calling but it still kept happening. Very stressful without reason
