Immaculate house, great condition throughout. Location is around a 15 min walk down to Amble Harbour and in a good location to get to local attractions too.
Very small patio, suitable for letting the dogs get some air but not big enough for any furniture, however with Amble and Warkworth so close this wasn’t an issue.
Takeout we would recommend Viking Pizza who offered a great selection of food. We also went to the Amble Inn, half a mile’s walk away, who had a good selection of food and dog friendly areas of the restaurant area.
Only two very small improvements would make perfect - some oven gloves, and locks on the two shower rooms upstairs as we were an extended family staying together.

This is a lovely house, with loads of space for a larger family or family group. It is just a short stroll to the seafront, shops and restaurants/cafes. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay in Amble immensely.
Whilst of course there is no requirement for a holiday let to provide the following, we have found these things in other holiday homes and have found them very helpful: cooking oil, tomato sauce, salt, cling film. A few bits that you might not think to take, but make cooking and making packed lunches a bit easier.

Lovely open living space, facilities perfectly adequate. The two shower rooms on first floor were small but functional. Walk through toilet on the ground floor too. A bit too far to walk into Amble with little ones but Amble is a lovely fishing area with a great play park for children. Fish and chips were delicious
Automatic light on landing wasn't so great with youngsters in the house as their door was open and light flashing on at any small movement wasn't ideal. Maybe a gate across the stairway for safety would have been a better idea for night visits to bathroom.
