room was gorgeous, plenty of space and huge bathroom.
Food served downstairs which is first class.
no cooked breakfast provided but that is stated on booking, but croissants', orange juice and condiments in room for us.

Location was excellent and parking. Also was clean lillys landing for breakfast was amazing and excellent staff.
No interaction with staff really. Not asked if we enjoyed our stay. Was there for my 60th birthday. Not even a happy birthday which I had told them about.

Nice room, albeit smaller than expected, with oblique sea view.
Room above pub, noise from pub, noise from road. Have to squeeze along narrow bar to check in at end of bar. Barman didn't have access to system, as if it wasn't his job. Room TV broken, staff just left remote outside room with new batteries. No one actually checked TV. They said they'd tell manager but only the cleaner was there as I left the key at the bar next day. A Tesco croissant and jam passed for breakfast (why bother at all?). There are cheaper purpose built hotels in town for better value.
