Superior, very spacious holiday home, over 3 floors, with sea views finished to a high standard, large bedrooms, and reception rooms ideal for relaxing in.
Not to be compared to other terraced accommodation.
Just minutes from beautiful beaches, award winning restaurants, and cafes.
Working harbour in Amble offering boat trips to Coquet island.
Enclosed patio area at the rear.

The space
I welcome 2 small dogs, any more depends on breed. I do ask that you keep them downstairs, please bring a blanket if you want to snuggle them on the settee.
The house / patio is a no smoking area.
No Contractors without prior contact and assurances.

Booking:
Peak times mid July , August - 7 night minimum stay, changeover Friday.
Off peak' times 3/4 night breaks, changeover Friday / Monday.

Other things to note
There are two bathrooms at the property - on the first floor, is a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink and toilet on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is an additional shower room with toilet.
Wifi code on the router.
Key safe at front door.
Please note - this is a non smoking house both inside the premises and on the patio area. Also naked flames -for example candles, tea lights, wax burners, joss sticks etc are not permitted due to fire risk
