I enjoyed my stay in this studio, there was guides on using most appliances, having a kitchenette was so nice to be able to prepare my own meals there is two supermarkets close by and it was so convenient to get in and out of the main areas of Arashiyama and Kyoto, it was nice to be within a residential area and see real Japanese life! the bed was comfortable and large and there is a washing machine on the balcony too! It was a wonderful stay

Nothing that can be changed and very much expected for Japan, the bathroom is small - not really a bother to me but something for travellers to be aware of. I also had issues with the hot water not working, the owner was very responsive and apologetic about it, nothing could really be done at the time but eventually I would get some small spurts of hot water. Overall it was a great stay!

Ruhige Gegend, da nicht zentral gelegen; praktische, kleine Unterkunft mit allen wichtigen Dingen und genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den Alltag in der Umgebung. Sehr nettes Reinigungspersonal, das mir geduldig und freundlich die Nutzung des Türcodes erklärt hat, da ich die Erklärung falsch gelesen hatte. Mit der Klimaanlage musste ich trotz kalter Jahreszeit nicht frieren. :)

Da ich die Federn der Matratze spüren konnte, fand ich das Bett nicht so bequem. Könnte mal erneuert werden oder mit einem Topper angenehmer gestaltet werden. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft leider recht hellhörig. Jemand im Gebäude hatte eine Erkältung und ich habe jedes Husten so laut gehört als wäre die Person mit mir im Raum. War am Anfang etwas verwirrt wie das Türschloss funktioniert, aber wenn man es mal verstanden hat ist es ganz einfach. Die nette Reinigungskraft hat es mir zum Glück in Ruhe erklärt!

Everything was included, you miss nothing! It’s a lovely place to stay for a few nights.

The location is not very easily reachable but it does have some cute breakfast and dinner places nearby.
