It’s a very residential area and as a girl alone in the evening didn’t feel too safe because it’s not the center, but nothing against this particular property. It’s just advertised as an airport property, so it’s near that area. However it’s still a fixed fee for taxis 30-35€, Ubers ranging from 20-50€. So it’s not like a true “airport stay”. So kinda doesn’t matter where you stay in Fiumcino then. But it’s 8 min by taxi. So close :)

O anfitrião foi extremamente atencioso e prestativo. O apartamento é térreo em prédio moderno e de fácil acesso, localizado a menos de 10 minutos do Aeroporto de Fuimicino. Fácil estacionamento. Apartamento amplo e bem equipado. Bons restaurantes a menos de 5 minutos a pé. Recomendo muito.
Nada a reclamar.
