La comodità della vicinanza all’aereoporto, la possibilità del servizio di navetta aeroportuale, vicinanza della struttura ad alcune buone trattorie. C’è tutto il necessario anche per una permanenza più lunga.

The host (Veronica) was very helpful, especially because I had to arrive from the airport at a late hour. There were snacks in the kitchen area. The Kitchen was very clean and well-organized. If I have another chance, I will probably bring along food to prepare during my stay.
well...I don't think anyone without a car would be able to find this place easily. Also, with all due respect and sympathy, 30 euros surcharge for the late arrival was too much. OK, 20 euros would have been understandable- it was also a rainy night. I have done this kind of work, and never charged for late arrival- even during a blizzard a few years ago!

Beau petit logement confortable dans un quartier tranquille près de l'aéroport.
Veronica a été très gentille d'être venue me chercher et reconduire à l'aéroport. Elle m'a aussi suggéré une excellente pizzeria à 5 min à pied du logement.
Petit détail mais il manque une bouilloire pour le thé.

Apartamento amplio, limpio y bien equipado con todo lo necesario.
El alojamiento no especifica por ningún lado que si llegas después de las 20:00h te cobran un suplemento de 30€ (15€ por traslado y 15€ por entrar a partir de esa hora). No te dan apenas información de cómo coger los buses al aeropuerto, simplemente te ofrecen su servicio propio.
Por otra parte le dijimos amablemente que si podían guardar por unas horas el equipaje y la respuesta fue que no (sin ofrecer ninguna opción).
Definitivamente sale más económico alojarse en el centro de Roma ya que tienes buses cada media hora al aeropuerto por 7€. En fiumicino nos costó encontrar un autobús.
