Bien situé, propre, bien équipé, arrivée simple, personnel réactif.

Isolation sonore pas extraordinaire : voisins qui se disputent à 2h du matin pendant 1h et voisin qui descend ses poubelles de bouteilles de verre en les trainant par terre à 7h du matin. Problème de température d’eau pas vraiment réglé, très instable.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym , wszystko sprawnie , mieszkanie czyste było gotowe na nasz przyjazd. Wszystko co potrzeba jest w mieszkaniu.

Convenient to supermarket & bus to Ostia

The very high ‘cleaning charge’. and the fact that it was only when I finalised the booking that this extra charge appeared. None of my other accommodations throughout Italy and Malta charged a ‘cleaning charge’. The owner never told me how to use the stove-top, which presented as a blank sheet of black glass - I had to call him to come and show me. There should be written instructions left for guests. No complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and milk provided ( again, all my other accommodations provided this)
