Wonderful hostess. I arrived very late at night and though she sent me a thorough instructional video of how to get in, she actually waited up for me and brought me in herself. It is close to the airport, but quiet. Perfectly clean and all as advertised Her friend, an excellent and friendly taxi driver got me to the airport on time the next morning.

It is near the airport, i had an early flight the next day. It was sparkling clean and Santi was super nice. She sent me very specific and helpful videos of how to get myself in since i was arriving late at night.

The room was exactly what I was looking for... close to Fiumicino (Rome FCO) airport where I could arrive late and leave early the next morning... The owner was very polite and arrange for me to enter and collect keys from a locked box and leave without having any fuss.
The only thing was that being winter, it was a bit cold in the room - but this was clearly disclosed so I cannot complain. There is a space heater in the shared bathroom so be sure to turn it on before using the bathroom, it does put out a lot of heat if you turn in on in advance. I think you may be able to pay a bit extra for her to turn on the central heating, but I didn't ask as I was only there to sleep the night and the blankets were more than sufficient.
