It was a great location, we loved the hot tub! We especially loved it in the evening when we could have the fairy lights and watch the sunset. The bed was huge and really comfy. The kitchen had all we needed, it does have a small freezer in the fridge. The conservatory dining area was very nice for breakfasts. There's lots of nice things to see around, we enjoyed walking at Sutton bank and Helmsley Castle was great.
There were places that could have been cleaner, especially the washing machine and the corners with cobwebs. It doesn't have a dish washer, but the sink is nice to use.
