Burtree Country House, Tipi's, Treehouse & Lodge & house rooms with hot tubs in a private garden

The hot tub. My son liked that it was private just for him also the log fire was amazing at night kept them warm. Although they ran out of logs, they lasted him around 4 hours. He is so fussy but gave a 10/10 definitely recommend

Simply amazing!! A perfect getaway, hideaway, surroinded by your own private circialf forest and a hidden gem awaits you inside xx The tree house is sof fairytale like and such a beautiful place to go for a romantic or peaceful getaway with either a partner or as a family as easily accommodates a family of four, an abundance of seating surrounds the tree house. Stools on the balcony alongside the bbq and fire pit. Or the relax in the hammock or the oak barrel seats aroind the lover level Firepit. Or simply chill in the hot tub whilst Looking out over acres of greenery and of course the white horse of Kilburn presiding infront of you xx Such a warm from Dawn, who showed us round and made us feel at home. This really is one of life's little pleasures xx Woke in the morning after a night in the luxurious bed with the clear roof above. Made a hearty breakfast, and everythig was supplied in the equipped kitchen before headimg 20 minutes to visit York. We said goodbye to the horses that were our best friends during our stay. Sad to leave, but so excited to return We will be back!! Roger & Laura

Nothing to add at all. Just perfect x

The location and views were lovely and the Hottub was great. The tippee was great to try as was something different.

That you had to pay £20 for the wood & coal for the log burner inside and the one on the decking. I think that should be included in the price of £305.

Stunning place really soft comfortable bed, Very friendly helpfull staff, Great bathroom and shower, everything was nice apart from tub

Hottub was not clean and had a very odd smell, that got worse with the jets on, didn't stay in it very long, due to smell, which was a shame as that was i a big reason for going,
