Staying overnight was an exceptional experience. The property is unique in character and charm, with a fascinating history. It is being lovingly restored by the owner and his family to recreate aspects of its history, originally having been stables run by monks. Though the evening dinner and breakfast were limited in choice, the quality of food and service was high.
There could have been more choice for the food, particularly at breakfast.
