Working stay for a week

The location of the apartment is excellent. The interior design is meticulous and well planned. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Everything is exactly as depicted in the photographs. The apartment is on the third floor and there is a small elevator. The host's instructions were very precise, so we immediately found our way around for parking and picking up the keys. Everything you need is there – the place is clean, fine thought out, and well maintained. As a compliment from the host, we were greeted with chilled champagne and a bottle of water in the fridge. We used the capsule coffee machine every day, as well as the available tableware and kitchen equipment. The reason we chose this apartment is the fact that it has two separate bedrooms and two separate toilets. The shared living room with its delightful terrace also contributed to the relaxed atmosphere of our working stay.

In practice, there is no fixed parking place. The streets in this residential neighborhood have a one-way flow and are narrow. You have to rely on luck at different times of the day and on different days of the week. If you plan to stay for more than one day, it's a good idea to use a paid parking lot. A nearby one is present.

Exceptional place for money with great location and amazing hospitality!

Amazing apartment! We were very happy with the apartment and the location! It is exceptional for its price. The rooms are quite spacious and it is comfortable to stay for a longer period of time! Very big and beautiful balcony. We stayed during the winter and it was very warm. The owner is very friendly and helpful with times and parking. The kitchen is fully functional and stocked very well with kitchenware and also things like cooking oil, sweets, and even coffee cream! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the bed linen was nice and there were extras if needed. Would definitely book again!

Un sejur impecabil, într-un apartament generos și atent pregătit, perfect amplasat pentru a te bucur

Amplasarea excelentă, aproape de centrul orașului, cu acces rapid la o parcare subterană aflată la doar câteva minute de mers pe jos. O opțiune convenabilă și sigură, în pofida lipsei parcării chiar în fața blocului. Apartamentul este impresionant de spațios, foarte bine compartimentat și impecabil de curat. Mobilarea și utilarea sunt la nivel înalt, cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil, fie el scurt sau extins. Am apreciat în mod special atenția la detalii: de la trusa medicală (care ne-a fost efectiv utilă după o mică accidentare la Escape Room), până la dulciuri, șampanie și apă lăsate de gazdă. Temperatura perfectă în interior, balconul generos și camerele aerisite au contribuit la o experiență deosebit de plăcută. Locația este ideală și pentru evenimente în oraș — Târgul de Crăciun se află la maximum 10 minute de mers pe jos.

Nu am întâmpinat niciun inconvenient. Experiența a fost impecabilă din toate punctele de vedere.

Cazare excelenta, apartament impecabil, totul peste asteptari

Am avut o experiență absolut minunată! Apartamentul este impecabil de curat, modern și dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil. Locația este excelentă – aproape de punctele de interes, dar în același timp liniștită. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă, ceea ce ne-a făcut șederea și mai plăcută. Ne-am simțit ca acasă.

Очень уютная, продуманная до мелочей квартира. Тут есть буквально всё, что необходимо. Очень чисто и уютно, видно, что сделано с душой. В холодильнике нас ждало охлажденное шампанское в подарок, что было очень приятно. Также есть кофемашина с капсулами, все необходимые мелочи для кухни. Апартаменты находятся на 3 этаже, но есть небольшой лифт. Сначала мы не сразу разобрались в навигаторе, как найти и где припарковаться, но потом сориентировались по месту и припарковались на парковке чуть ниже двора дома. Очень удобно наличие двух туалетов,двух спален,особенно когда вы путешествуете большой компанией. В жаркую погоду особенно ценным оказалось наличие кондиционера в одной из спален и гостиной. В другой спальне-потолочный вентилятор.

Не описати словами, наскільки все чудово. Почнемо з того, що на вас чекатимуть сучасні апартаменти з двома туалетними кімнатами, шикарною кухнею, в якій є все (буквально все), а в холодильнику на вас чекатиме пляшка прохолодної води та вино. Спальні обладнані розумними кондиціонерами, зручними ліжками, а також балконом, який охоплює майже всі приміщення в апартаментах. Це вперше, коли я навіть не знаю, до чого прискіпатися в апартаментах.

Ну... парковки немає. Там діє правило: «хто встиг, той і з'їв».

Apartamentul este foarte spațios și bine dotat , aproape de centru , în bloc liniștit. Parcarea este posibila pe strada , la liber, dar este foarte aproape și o parcare subterană.A fost foarte curat ,gazda foarte amabilă ne-a oferit apa , șampanie, dulciuri pentru copii; ne-am simțit foarte bine .Păcat că am stat doar o noapte .Vom reveni cu plăcere! Mulțumim!

Apartament spatios pentru grupuri mai mari

Apartamentul este foarte mare, spatios, am avut loc 2 familii cu copii, adica 6 persoane. Spatiul iti ofera intimitate, are 2 baie, deci se pot caza fara nici o problema 2 familii. Nu exista parcare privata, insa noi am avut noroc sa gasim liber foarte aproape de bloc, intr-un loc in care masina a stat la umbra, iar totul a fost ok. Suntem obisnuiti cu aglomeratiile din parcari iar pentru noi nu a reprezentat un impediment sa cautam singuri loc de parcare. Am fost cu 2 masini si am gasit loc liber pentru ambele masini la 100 m de cazare. Check-in se face foarte usor, poti prelua cheia de la cutia cu cod, ceea ce este un avantaj ca poti ajunge la orice ora. In locatie ai tot ce iti trebuie, inclusiv masina de spalat si uscator, pentru cei care au sejur prelungit. Nu este galagie de la vecini sau din strada, apartamentul este bine izolat.

Apartamentul este imens,este foarte curat,mobilier nou,proprietarul foarte drăguț ,ne a lăsat o sticlă de vin și bomboane ,totul a fost la superlativ ,nu ne a lipsit absolut nimic cat timp am stat acolo Zona este foarte liniștită și este foarte aproape de centru ,mai ales de parcul unde are loc târgul de Paști
