Great central location, inconvenient and unpleasant setup

The apartments are right at the city center, its really convenient if you are planning to stay in the center and walk everywhere.

The host assisted us with finding where to park, but in general its really hard in that area to find a parking spot, the paid parking right next to the apartments costs 3 euro/hour. The most unpleasant part was that the rooms are not within a building with indoor hallway so if you move around you are basically out in the cold and open. The rooms themselves are really nice, but they are in an old building that is not well maintained ans the area around and infront of the rooms is not really pleasant. We stayed in 3 rooms during January and it was not convenient because you have to put shoes and jacket on all the time. Finally, one of the rooms I booked was listed as 2 single beds and one full bed, but the full bed was actually a folding kind of thing, similar to an actual bed, so I didn't sleep well at all.

Невероятна локация в непосредствена близост до Коледния базар

До всички българи, които ще посетят Коледния базар-това място е с топ локация, буквално на 2-3 минути пеша от първата зона. Обществен паркинг има отпред, но е доста скъп, излиза около 7 лева на час. Ние пристигнахме доста рано - към 09:30 сутринта и човекът ни намери място, където да спрем, без да се налага да заплащаме. Говорейки за домакина - любезен и отзивчив е. Ние бяхме двойка настанени в стая 4 - там има две единични легла. Бързо се сгрява температурата в стаята, има топла вода и хавлии.

Имайте предвид, че цената си заслужава, само защото избирайки това място, ще сте в епицентъра на събитията и няма да се чудите как да се придвижвате. Уредите ли се и с паркомясто, сумата се компенсира. Ако мога да се изразя на по-разговорен език, сградата е малко “шано”. Домакинът говори трудно на английски, но с жестове разбрах, че заръча непременно да заключваме портата, за да “нямаме ядове”. Вътре влизате - има зарязани стари гуми, кафе машини, над бар е…абе, много странно. Самият интериор не е нищо кой знае какво, така че за дълъг престой не знам до колко ще е окей, но за 1-2 нощувки е напълно приемливо. В нашия случай, някакви балкански Ганьовци бяха надули музика до посред нощите, така че имайте предвид, че не е напълно шумоизолирано, но за такива неща човек няма как да е застрахован.

Перфектната локация за коледен пазар.

Мястото е с перфектна локация. На 50 метра от коледния базар. Стаите не са големи, но са направени без да се пестят средства. Всичко е ново и реновирано. Баните са страхотни с модерни плочки и санитария. Чисто и добре замислено. Матраците са удобни, завивките чисти и модерни. Собственикът е много точен, приветлив и отговорен. Говори добър английски.

Съвсем дребни неща. Липсват закачалки в стаите и банята.

Sehr zentral gelegenes, einfach eingerichtetes und sauberes Zimmer. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

o adevarata experienta minunata care trebuie traita macar o data in viata

atentia la detaliu este vizibila si tangibila. 1. am fost așteptați si apoi conduși catre o parcare privata langa cazare, locatia fiind pe centru vechi, aveam preocupari insa a fost super bine. Camerele curate, încălzite, primitoare, renovate cu bun gust, ne-au depasit asteptarile. Recomand si sper ca standardele ca nu acada pe viitor

Am avut Absolut orice moft satisfăcut din partea paersonalului, chiar nu as avea ce sa comentez: am cerut umerase, am primit, am cerut patura extra, am primit. dimineața am servit cafelele impreuna, dezbatand putin istoria Craiovei. Aceasta experienta in locatie a completat exprienta personala cu Targul de craciun si vizitarea muzeelor din Arta si Istorie.
