    One of the best hotels we stayed at during our Vietnam trip! It’s just a shame we only got to stay for one night since it was already our last day in Vietnam. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. They made sure we were comfortable while waiting for our check-in and even served us complimentary fruits and lemon soda (if I remember correctly!). They also provided us with a map highlighting places we could explore nearby. What I appreciated most was how thoughtful and helpful the receptionist was. They even sent me a list of recommended places to visit via WhatsApp, complete with detailed information. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made planning our last day so much easier! The staff also spoke excellent English, so communication was a breeze. After check-in, one of the staff members personally assisted us to our room on the top floor. The room was beautiful, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. I LOVED EVERYTHING! 🥹❤️ I honestly have no regrets booking this hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back to Hanoi, and when I do, I’ll be staying here for much longer. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Hanoi! P.S. I only took the room photos upon checking out, so please excuse the mess. Haha! ✌🏻

    The room was exactly as pictured and spacious enough for two people with two large suitcases. I especially liked having a full-length mirror, and both the air conditioning and heater worked well. The bed was really comfortable! My only minor suggestion would be to have more comfortable room slippers hehe. The location was convenient, right in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, with a café and convenience store nearby. The staff were all very kind and helpful throughout our stay, even until checkout. We also received fruit juice and fresh fruits upon check-in, which was a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable stay with a convenient location and excellent service. Would recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi! 💗

    The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive! 🥰 They even gave us recommendations for great local restaurants and fun places to visit nearby. We really appreciated their hospitality and had a lovely stay! 🤍

    It's a decent hotel to stay in. The staff are really friendly and always willing to help out. In terms of cons - the room had no window/balcony at all and when the AC is turned off, there's a strong moldy smell. Both of us have been coughing since - it's a health hazard if not rectified.
