Large apartment with great views

A cosy, older house with lovely living room, TV and sofa and beautiful view of the lake in Senja. The living room and terrace was great for spotting the aurora and made for a very cosy stay. The blanket doonas in particular was super warm and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with helpful laundry facilities including a dryer. Location was very quiet and peaceful, though you should ensure you stock up on groceries etc. before arriving as there aren't any facilities nearby.

Apartment is marketed as accommodating two couples but the bedroom at the front of the house was an extremely tight squeeze for a couple (only one king single bed). When we messaged the owners, they mentioned we could move one person to the upstairs bedroom but think this should have been done from the beginning as that bedroom isn't super suitable for two. The apartment had a lot of kitchen gadgets but lacked some basic things like sugar and pepper and we had to specifically request oil as the bottle was out when we arrived. It would have also been good to provide things like a mat for the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and some slippers for the price.

Ihana vanha remontoitu talo aivan merenlahden rannalla. Vastapäätä aukeaa kaunis maisema ja rantakivikolle ja niitylle pääsee kävelylle tien toiselle puolelle. Paljon kivoja merilintuja tarkkailtavaksi.
