Good location/room(collapsed mattress). No staff on duty without notification.

Location, adequate 3 heater

No staff on duty(18.40) in check in time(15.00-20.00). No notification by email, you must call asking for your room. It’s a big problem if you don’t have a roaming phone/good English language. Collapsed mattress

Good place for short stay

We were staying in a separate house, but majority of people were using this place as camp place. Good location, nice rooms, everything that was needed is also in place. Beautiful view out of the window! A lot of place inside.

House itself a bit cold and during storm it was leaking from somewhere (I'm thinking about roof or door). Shower is very small and definitely not for people above 170cm. Bathroom in general not the best part of this house. Window frames were broken in few places and in some cases wind was going through them making house even colder during the night. Our house was close to the entrance, so quite many people were parking in front of our door and during night house was filled with light from cars passing the road

Magical

Location was dreamy, we could see the Aurora Borealis even from our window. It's close to the sea and has few lights hence the Aurora was spectacular. As a plus, the frozen sea we saw in the morning was an amazing sight.

We felt a bit chilly, would be nice if the cabin was just a little bit warmer, but nothing too serious.

Lucky to book the cabin last minute.

We were lucky to book the last cabin available for 2 nights in June after our Norway DNT cabin accom fell through. I was quite stressed as didn't want to miss out on staying on Senja (our favourite island in Norway). The cabin was slightly more expensive that some of our other stays throughout our month in Norway. Cabin had everything we needed. The only thing to note (seems to be with all accom in north norway) that you will need an eye mask. The Norwegians must be used to the Midnight sun as hardly any accom had decent blinds to block the sun!!! It was hard being jetlagged from Aust and waking up at 230am to the bright light (the blinds seemed to get better the further south we travelled!!!). This is not 5 star cabin but that is not how we travel and it was all good for us!!!

A nice, clean and well equipped cabin for family

The cabin was a suitable choice for our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The location is nice and easy to find. The cabin was clean and seemed to be quite newly renovated. We didn’t use the shower, but it was nice to have a toilet in the cabin. The bunk beds were comfortable (two narrower and two a bit more wide).

Reception and cafe area were nice! Short distance to Segla!

Cabins were not super cozy or pretty- also cleanliness could be better. Dust under the bed and dirt under the sofa pillows

Nice Camping! We had a cabin with own bathroom and a small kitchen. Wonderful view over fjord and mountains, especially with the midnightsun. Small kiosk with milk, bread (rolls), eggs and cheese. Nice hosts!

Very comfortable

The cottage was super clean, comfortable and had a nice view (even though there are no walking paths around). The location was perfect and close to the hiking trails for Segla and Hesten (about 15min by car).

It would have been nice to have basic information about final cleaning, checkout times, where to take the trash etc. in the room. Also we were only two people, but if you are more (as there were 4 beds plus sofa bed), bring your own cutlery ;)

Cozy

It's a cabin! Small but very cozy. It can fit 4-5 people. It can be quite small for 5 but doable.

They didn't give us any info at all. They only gave a key and pointed to the cabin and that was all. No info about wifi, check out or if we need to clean the cabin or wash the dishes or where to bring the trash. No info in the cabin either. We cleaned everything cause we believed that that was a normal practice for stayung in cabins in Norway. But different places can have different detail.

Great location for exploring the island

The cabin I got was really nice, and I enjoyed my stay. The location was also great for exploring the island.

The cabin wasn't totally level, which caused the shower to drain only partially and it was difficult to get dry.

Nice clean cabin

I had nice big cabin (fits 4-5 persons), which was clean and spaceous. Parking is just by the cabin (free of charge). Toilet and shower were inside of the cabin (which was a plus). I liked the area where camping is located too - no matter of the road to be close by, it wasn't noisy to sleep, and fjord is just few steps away (you can rent a boat and go fishing). Camping is also very close (10 min drive max) to the famous hikes like Barden or Segla.

Kitchenware is a bit old and needs to be upgraded, it woud also be nice to have bigger tea cups (there were small cups available).

The location of the cabin was not so great, close to the road and many parking cars around the cabin. Sea view only from the back window. Wifi very unstable.

Warm welcome with excellent facility and breath taking view

I was on my own so value for money could be better with 3 equipped bed in cabin. never the less the facility is amazing equipped with kitchen and own bathroom if booked cabin. A few minutes drive from Hesten hikes and an amazing landscape by the river if you look outside the window.

Nothing but excellent host, facility and warm welcome.

Helt grei camping

Grei størrelse på hytte og hadde det man trengte. Fint med en liten lekeplass til barnet.

Ble veldig varmt om natta og ingen mulighet for å kjøle ned soverommet unntatt å ha vindu åpent, noe som ikke hjalp siden det var så varmt ute og siden det ikke var myggnetting over vinduet så ble det mange mygg inne på rommet.

Liten hytte med eget bad

Slitent, trenger sårt vedlikehold. Skjevt gulv og løse fliser på badet. Måtte gå til resepsjonen og be om sengetøy og håndklær. Nær vannet, men ikke en spesielt velholdt camping.
