Stay elsewhere, better views and value elsewhere

Location, but there are better

Horrible sheets and only given hand towels, no bath towels. Sheer curtains everywhere including in bathroom, wouldn’t be surprised if this place has cameras. Rented whole house but whole upstairs (view bedrooms!) locked off. Not snow cleared to entry at all. Shower doors broken. Wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me

Dangerous Glass Door and Unsympathetic Owner

We had a terrible experience at this property. The bathroom glass door was poorly installed and unstable. When my wife tried to close it, the door came loose and shattered, cutting her with broken glass and causing her to bleed. Thankfully, it was only her feet that were injured, but it could have been much worse. Due to our travel schedule, we couldn’t immediately discuss next steps with the owner. Instead of showing any concern for my wife’s injuries, the owner demanded we pay for the damage! They completely ignored her well-being and acted incredibly selfishly. It’s outrageous that they’d blame us for their own negligence. Avoid this place—safety and customer care are clearly not priorities here.

Amazing place in a quiet winter paradise

The name of this place sums it up nicely. This is truly an extremely cozy house in a stunning location. You can watch the Northern Lights directly from the huge terrace (been there, done that!) or simply relax, lulled to sleep by the waves. Within a walking distance to Husøy. A great starting point for trips around Senja. Officially added to my list of favorite places on Earth! Thank you, Olivia, for your hospitality!

Magique!

Tout était parfait, la localisation est parfaite pour se reposer au calme en face du petit village d'Husoy sur son ile. Senja est idéale pour observer les aurores boréales (voir les 2 photos) que nous avons pu voir la nuit du mardi 23/12 au 24/12. Nous n'avons qu'une envie, retourner en Norvège pour en découvrir plus et à d'autre saisons.

Une seule remarque sur les spots des chambres qui sont soit sans lampes, soit dangereux de part leur position proche des rideaux ou du lambris.

Hieno talo ja maisema sekä sijainti

Todella kaunis näkymä merelle ja vuorille. Lähellä aivan uusi hotelli jossa ravintola. Myös ruokakauppa aivan lähellä. Ei mitään muuta huomautettavaa kuin että TV ei toimi kuin joillain sovelluksilla, eli normaali telkkaria ei voi katsoa. Emme myöskään saaneet sovellusia toimimaan, joten TV oli melko turha vaikka iso onkin. Mahtava paikka muuten, makarit ja tilaa.

Linda vista para os fiordes e para a ilha de Husoy, vimos Auroras da casa mesmo.

Localização sensacional, com vista para os fiordes e para a ilha de Husoy. A casa é grande e bem equipada, com sala grande e bons quartos na parte de cima. Vimos Aurora boreal todas as noites da casa mesmo, um espetáculo ainda mais com a paisagem ao redor. Nevou bastante durante os dias, e sempre vinha o trator limpar a pista e os acessos, não tivemos problemas mesmo com uma nevasca no último dia.

Nydelig utsikt, flott hytte, kort vei fra butikk, bensinstasjon og ferge, koselig område og personale var fantastisk

Fantastisk utsikt og selve huset. Fullt møbler på kjøkkenet og Netflix som laget koselig stemning i familien. Sengene var godt å legge seg i. Hagen og grillhytte gjorde vi følte oss være hjemme.

Mange flue fløy inn der vi åpnet vinduet på midt-venstre soverom i 2. etasje og vinduet i stua. Type stoff som dyne laget av, passet ikke til noen i vår familien.
