The main contact person, Mr. Razak, was friendly, and the location is excellent, within walking distance of KLCC and very convenient for travelers.

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst check-in experience I have had. I informed the team in advance that we would arrive around 3:00 PM, which was also the stated check-in time. However, our room was not ready until approximately 4:15 PM. Upon arrival at 3:00 PM on a rainy day, the main gate security refused to allow us entry, and we had to wait for the agent to arrive. Being stopped in front of a visible“No Airbnb / Short Stay Rental” sign was not a pleasant experience. As this is a residential property, multiple guests were similarly denied entry and left waiting outside for their respective agents. We were then told by the agent to wait another 40 minutes, so we went to a nearby cafe for the wait. 10 minutes later, I was informed the room was ready, and we had to cut our meal short and returned. After returning, we were advised that our luggage could not be brought through the lobby and instead had to be transported through the parking area. Although the staff assisted by transporting our luggage in their vehicle, we were again left waiting in the parking area, were asked to make a cash payment before entering the building’s elevator and were then told that the room assigned was not the one we had originally booked. The entire process involved multiple delays, poor communication, and unnecessary waiting. To make matters worse, it was raining heavily, yet we were left waiting in a hot and humid parking area while trying to complete the check-in process. The front-line staff were neither helpful nor professional throughout the experience. Our vacation time is valuable, and this level of service was disappointing and unacceptable. Management should seriously consider improving front-line staff training, communication, and check-in procedures.

Quiet, nearby KLCC Twin Towers

1. Not allowed entrance into the property main entrance by the Security without a “pass”, even though when it was raining. 2. Similarly so during checkout. We had to pull our luggage out of the property to wait for our Grab vehicle to arrive. 3. Not a good experience to check out on a Sunday early morning as our Grab vehicle had to wait for 25 minutes before we were able to cross the main junction heading to TRX bus terminal because of the weekly Sunday morning run.

It did not look like the photos. The room was old, with aging furnishings. The sofa was itchy.
