Excellent location for Jimmys Farm and wildlife park

Great value. The host was friendly, helpful and responded quickly to any messages.

house was in a quiet cul-de-sac part of the street didn't hear any of the neighbours, didn't hear no traffic, it was very modern and very clean and tidy, upon arrival it was easy to do the qr code for the WI-FI, clear instructions (although the heating was a little confusing as you needed to press the button on the top of the box before hand) the welcome pack had everything from instructions to check out instructions and local menus for all cuisines, cooker was clean and no grease stains or anything towels were very fluffy and clean and the beds were extremely clean and soft the rooms were very spacious and perfect for the party we travelled down with.

The only things i found were the cooker took a little time to cook the food, and the towels were very small as im a 6ft 3 male and they were more like a mini skirt around me, also, when you shower, it could benefit from a shower curtain as i found when i was showering some of the water was going on the floor but these are only tiny things as the whole place was just amazing

A very spacious property (up & down) with everything we needed for a night’s stay near to Ipswich town with friends. Spotlessly clean with great power-showers - main bathroom & separate downstairs shower room was useful. All Bedrooms had plenty of clothes hanging space, including hangers, & side lamps. Off road parking was ideal & self check-in made it easy to arrive without worry. Also appreciated was a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, as well as milk in the fridge 😃 Good communication with the owner.

Not a complaint, just an observation- the decor was tired looking & would benefit from a refresh of paint to brighten it up. Don’t expect anything modern or with sparkles! However, it was very clean!
