Overpriced, Outdated, and Uncomfortable – Only the Location Saves It

Location was the only thing that makes the difference. The terrace and the views are also very enjoyable.

We stayed here for 6 nights at the price of 2000 EUR, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. The apartment is very old, seemingly untouched since the 1960s, and in desperate need of refurbishment. The kitchen was unusable – old appliances, a fridge in terrible shape with a nasty smell, and generally unhygienic conditions. Ants were everywhere; by the second day, our bread and cereals were infested. Furniture was in poor condition, some armchairs had only exposed sponge instead of proper cushions, and two of the bedrooms had camp-style beds that were too small for adults. Air conditioning was only available in the living room, separate from the bedrooms, leaving the sleeping areas unbearably hot at night. Linens were dirty, bathrooms, though somewhat clean, were extremely outdated with rusty fittings and a yellowed shower panel. Many cupboards had residues inside, adding to the feeling of neglect. There was no soap provided in the bathrooms, and only one large towel per guest. The only positives: the location is excellent (just a minute from the beach) and the terrace offers nice views. Unfortunately, everything else was a disappointment. For the price we paid, this property was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding it until it undergoes a complete renovation. I sent photos and videos to the property managers with all the problems.

Great stay in a nice place

The proximity to the beach makes it easy to carry sunbeds and toys for children. Really close to main shopping street (MIRO), wide range of restaurants nearby as well as charming old town. Appartment clean, well equiped.

Decepcionante

Lo mejor es la ubicación. Está muy bien situado cerca de la playa y cerca del Casco Antiguo. Las vistas desde el balcón también eran agradables.

En la descripción dice que dispone de aparcamiento privado previa reserva y abonando la cantidad correspondiente. Llamo un mes antes para preguntar ya que teníamos dos coches y para poder al menos aparcar uno y me dicen que el apartamento no tiene aparcamiento y que me pueden mirar alguno cerca pero no me lo pueden decir hasta días antes. 1 día antes de la llegada dicen que no hay aparcamiento disponible por lo que considero que la información no es correcta. Además en pleno agosto lo de aparcar por la zona estaba bastante complicado y los parking privados completos casi desde primera hora. Por otro lado y como dice la descripción, tiene aire acondicionado pero al llamar me dicen que solo hay un aparato de aire en el salón por lo que, en las habitaciones que están al otro lado del apartamento, no llega nada. En una habitación hay un ventilador de techo que algo hace, pero en las otras dos habitaciones no había ventiladores por lo que el calor era agobiante. Además desde el primer momento que encendimos el aire del salón hacía un ruido muy molesto, que no era normal, que continuaba incluso cuando se apagaba. Lo comunico el primer día al llegar cuando lo detectamos y hasta el día de antes de irnos no me dicen que va a venir un técnico a mirarlo pero que no saben cuando. Finalmente les decimos que no se molesten y que no vengan a mirarlo durante nuestra estancia ya que solo nos quedaba un día. En cuanto al tema de la limpieza, en general el apartamento estaba limpio pero por ejemplo todo el menaje de cocina, cubertería, sartenes, etc. estaba todo muy sucio. La cocina necesita una reforma integral, tiene una nevera que enfría lo justo, teníamos que poner la bebida en el congelador y luego tienen una nevera pequeña que estaba llena de hielo. En el baño con ducha se salía todo el agua cada vez que nos duchábamos, necesita también una buena reforma. Para rematar nos encontramos 2 cucarachas grandes, asqueroso. No lo recomiendo. Precio excesivo para lo que se ofrece.

Gorąco polecam, świetne miejsce na wypoczynek. Mieszkanie znajduje się zaledwie kilka kroków od morza, więc nie trzeba się martwić parkowaniem czy dźwiganiem akcesoriów plażowych. Szczególnie jeśli ktoś podróżuje z dziećmi, wie o czym mówię. Jednocześnie jest to centrum Calpe, dzięki czemu wszystkie obiekty usługowe, restauracje i atrakcje znajdują się w zasięgu ręki. Calpe jest miejscowością pełną życia, ale jeśli ktoś szuka imprezy, można skorzystać z tramwaju do Benidormu. Idealne miejsce na wakacyjny pobyt dla rodzin czy seniorów. Budynek w środku i na zewnątrz jest zadbany, dostępna jest winda, która sprawowała się bezproblemowo. Sypialnie są przestronne i czyste, w nocy nie przeszkadzał nam żaden hałas, więc świetnie wypoczęliśmy. Łazienki są dwie, co umożliwia spokojny wieczorny relaks pod prysznicem bez kolejki pozostałych gości dobijających się do drzwi. Każda z nich również lśniła czystością. Kuchnia wystarczy by przygotować posiłek, ale nie wgłębiałem się bardziej, ze względu na atrakcyjną ofertę pobliskich restauracji (kilkanaście euro za 3-4 daniowy lunch). W salonie może zjeść przy stole cała rodzina. W mieszkaniu jest również dostępny telewizor, więc można miło spędzić wieczór oglądając film. Z części wspólnej przechodzi się na balkon, który jest naprawdę spory, kilka osób może zrelaksować się tam swobodnie, z widokiem na morze.
