Ideally located in a prestigious building with lift and all services, living-room open on big terrace of 20 m2, view on the sea, Sunny from 11 till 17, possibility to eat on the terrace, double-room with private bathroom and terrace, 2 single rooms with balcony, one separate bathroom, superb modern kitchen very clean, at 50 mt of the most beautiful beach of Calpe, very close to the public parking and the shops.

Arrival between 4 and 8 pm.
Final Cleaning 50 euro.
Linen service is a paid service.
Heat costs in the winter may apply.

The apartment is close to the city center and the beach which is what we wanted, but there was a lot of noise from the traffic both morning and evening.

We had a wonderful time at the flat. Everything is as it is shown in the pictures. No AC, but fans are available. Very conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The old city is a stones throw away. We would definitely come back!

Apartment was huge.Problem was no air-con.Problem with fans for coolness,should have been 3 but only 2 worked.Contacted host but the faulty one was not replaced.All in all I would give apartment 8/10

Good points. Very close to beach and restaurants also bus stop.Bad points. Apartment was dated and a bit tired. Sheets are towels should be standard not 30 extra and 50 cleaning fee i thought was expensive considering there were only to of us.

We stayed for 2 months and had a good time! The apartment is big and lots of sun on the balcony so perfect for the winter! Contact with the owner was great; there were some issues at the start of our stay and Tony acted very quickly and soon everything was okay. The women who do the incheck don't speak English so we waited for half an hour because they didn't understand us when we called that we were arrived. We had to call again and speak Spanish... The main bedroom with bathroom was new and very nice. Unfortunately the kitchen really needs an upgrade and cooking with buta gas is not nice. The pillows for the chairs outside are not complete.We wanted to book for next year but it's much more expensive so we didn't. Great location and really clean apartment!!

When I enquired regarding the door opening sizes (my wife is in a wheelchair) if she could get through all openings I was told YES however the door to the shower was to narrow for the wheelchair I gave the owner the width dimensions when I enquired at the beginning of the booking he assured me it would fit through ALL door openings so my wife had to have body washes for the duration

My family and had a great stay for 3 weeks at the apartment! We had minor but important suggestions on improvements like including bins in the bathrooms, better towel railings, extension cables for the rooms and a new kettle in the kitchen which needed replacing. We had an issue with the internet for the first week however, that was professionally taken care of. It is on a main road so if you work remotely or need it to be quiet, it may not be the best location as it does get noisy all through out the day and I had to find other places to work. It was easy to communicate and get answers when needed. The location is perfect and near everything you would need. The only downside would be the extra cost for staying in a parking house. That adds up daily and weekly as there is no onsite free parking and is something to consider if you have a car. We highly recommend staying here if you want an affordable place to be near the beach, shops, restaurants! Everything is walking distance

This apartment is perfectly located. Short walk to beach, old town, shopping, restaurants and public transportation. The apartment is large and has all the equipment needed for a short or long stay. A large balcony can easily seat 6 and catches the aftetnoon sun.

Large spacious budget flat, with a large sunny balcony , however the holiday was totally spoilt by the 2 partially completed multi-story building straight across the road, rendering the balcony both noisy and dirty Would have been 4 star rating except for the building works opposite

We spent 3 weeks in September of 2016. Everything in apartments was very good and looked like on the photos. The location is perfect, all you need is situated in 150-200 metes from apartments(mercadona, beach, old town). I'll reccomend my friends to stay there.

"The accommodation was fabulous and close to the beach and shops. Calpe is a lovely town with a beautiful beach and has every amenity one requires for a brilliant holiday. The only problems were some building work which was quite noisy from about 07:30, and the lack of air conditioning in the apartment."

Prévoir un parking car pas de places de stationnement et de toute manière tout est payant. Parking plazza mayor (24h sur 24) très près ( réserver sur internet avant votre départ, c'est bien moins cher) ou parking sol y mar . Pas de chaines françaises pendant notre séjour.

Ruim maar beetje kaal ingericht. locatie goed. Iedere dag Lawaai van bouwactiviteiten (drilboren) in de gebouwen aan de overkant. Daardoor was het overdag op het balkon niet fijn. Door Coronacrisis een week eerder naar huis moeten gegaan.

Das Apartment besticht durch die perfekte Lage (100 Meter zum Strand, parallel zur Haupteinkaufsstraße). Obwohl "mittendrin" ist es hier nachts sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr geräumig. Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr die Jüngste, aber man hat hier alles, was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit ist vorbildlich, genau so wie der Kontakt zum Vermieter. Für den Preis absolut einmalig, und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Séjour parfait dans un très bel appartement situé tout près de la mer et du centre de Calpe. On a apprécié le grand salon et la cuisine très bien équipée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les deux salles de bain et toilettes sont très pratiques. Nous avons laissé notre voiture au parking pendant toutes nos vacances, car nous souhaitions nous reposer et faire des promenades à pied. La rue commerçante est vraiment tout près et le centre historique de Calpe aussi. La mer est à deux pas. Nous avons profité du soleil pour prendre nos déjeuners en terrasse. De plus, la très belle promenade de Calpe le long de la mer nous permet de rejoindre directement le port de pêche où nous avons pu acheter du poisson frais. Les bateaux reviennent de la pêche vers 17 heures et les prix sont particulièrement intéressants. La formule du midi des restaurants nous a aussi séduit car pour 10 euros, les restaurants proposent un menu comprenant l'entrée, le plat, le dessert et une demi-bouteille de vin par personne! Enfin le propriétaire est très disponible et il n'y a pas eu de soucis pour récupérer les clés et la garantie. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances! Vincent et Katia
