A new, spacious, bright, and cozy apartment, tastefully decorated and offering stunning views of the sea, the Peñón de Ifach, and the harbor from every part of the apartment.
It features a gated complex with a garden, a sun deck, and swimming pools for adults and children, with a lifeguard on duty during the summer.
It sleeps 4–6 people (4 adults + 2 children) and consists of: 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two 1.05-meter beds—2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub; a very spacious 22 m² living room with a double sofa bed; a separate kitchen equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator-freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, blender, etc.; 2 furnished terraces, facing different directions, offering a 360º panoramic view and allowing you to enjoy breathtaking vistas from Moreira to Altea, the Peñón de Ifach, the harbor, the salt flats, etc.; it also includes a parking space in the building’s basement, accessible by elevator.

We stayed for two weeks at this very nice apartment, which is located close to everything - beach, grocery stores, restaurants and walking distance to the old town. Gerardo and Pilar were very helpful and nice, met us in person when we arrived, showed us everything and were available whenever we had any question. We would love to come back for sure.

Had a nice time. Communication with owner was very pleasant. Everthing nearby, restaurants, shops and supermarkets and the beach.

C'est la seconde fois que nous réservons cet appartement. Toujours aussi satisfaits. Il est très bien situé, à proximité de la plage, du port, des restaurants et commerces. Les piscines de l'immeuble sont bien entretenues et très agréables. La vue depuis sa grande terrasse est magnifique. On ne s'en lasse pas ! Confortable, bien équipé et très propre. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur chaleureux accueil. Un petit plus bien apprécié : parking souterrain.
