Der Kühlschrank ist nicht optimal eingerichtet, die Türe sollte auf die andere Seite aufgehen, kann man übrigens ganz einfach ummontieren wenn man ein Kreuzschraubenzieher hat. Ein Brotmesser wäre auch super

Einfacher Standard mit Optimierungspotential, aber traumhafte Lage mit wunderschönem Meerblick

Das Appartement liegt hervorragend nahe des Hafens mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Fußläufig kann man beide Strände gut erreichen, ebenso die naheliegende Stadt bis hoch in die sehenswerte Altstadt. Auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind fußläufig (oder mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten) erreichbar. Flughafen in Alicante ist nur gut 1 h entfernt. Die Größe des Appartements ist für 6 Personen absolut ausreichend - 7 Personen (wie angegeben) finde ich dann aber recht sportlich (bspw. Esstisch hat nur Platz für max. 6 Personen). Die Pools liegen auf der Sonnenseite, direkt an der Promenade und sind auch in der Nebensaison sehr sauber (allerdings nicht beheizt). Der Verwalter ist jederzeit erreichbar und ist auch bei Problemen sofort zu Hand (hatten einen Wasserschaden an der Spülmaschine, welcher umgehend behoben wurde - binnen weniger Stunden).

Das Appartement ist recht spartanisch ausgestattet und auch das Mobiliar ist nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand. Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, alles funktionabel, aber recht einfach. Leider verfügt das Appartement nicht über einen eigenen Parkplatz. Jetzt in der Nebensaison war das kein Problem, damit direkt in der Zufahrtstraße Parkplätze gefunden hat. In der Hauptsaison stelle ich mir das schwieriger vor (zumal jetzt zu der Zeit nur knapp 10 % des Hauses belegt waren und zahlreiche Parkplätze ungenutzt). Zusammengefasst ist hier das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz angemessen - mit ein wenig Investition in einen moderneren Standard der Räumlichkeiten und deren Ausstattung sowie einer Parkmöglichkeit, wäre es aus unserer Sicht perfekt.
